4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal information based on your informed consent (given when you contact us or use the Website), our legitimate business interests in operating and improving our services, and our obligations under applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

The Website uses the following third-party service, which may process limited technical information:

  • Cloudflare — provides content delivery, image optimization, and security services. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request metadata for the purpose of delivering content, blocking malicious traffic, and ensuring service availability. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • WhatsApp Business (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) when you choose to contact us via WhatsApp. Messages you send via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.

6. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited cases:

  • With service providers who help us operate our business (such as Cloudflare, hosting providers, email services), under contractual obligations to protect your data.
  • When required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • To protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, or address security issues.
  • In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), with notice to you.

7. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (including Cloudflare) operate globally and may process your data outside Israel. Where such transfers occur, we rely on adequacy mechanisms, contractual safeguards, or your consent, in accordance with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data Abroad) Regulations.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law (typically 7 years for accounting and tax records under Israeli law). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Your Rights Under Israeli Privacy Law

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — to request a copy of personal information we hold about you.
  • Right of correction — to request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.
  • Right of deletion — to request deletion of your information when there is no longer a legitimate basis to retain it.
  • Right to object — to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
  • Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

10. Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, secure storage, and use of reputable service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website uses essential technical cookies and similar technologies provided by Cloudflare to ensure security, prevent fraud, and maintain Website functionality.
